Emmanuel Tembo is a dedicated academic and professional in the fields of Population Studies, and Monitoring and Evaluation. Currently serving as a lecturer in the Department. Educational background includes a Postgraduate Diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation from Stellenbosch University, a Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts in Population Studies from the University of Zambia. He has worked in the department for over 15 years. Expertise extends to leading and coordinating significant national projects, including impact evaluations for the Ministry of Education, national HIV/AIDS surveillance programs, and the establishment of key systems. Have played a strategic role in developing Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) plans across various sectors such as energy and health, contributing to Zambia’s national development efforts.
